My husband and I first had the opportunity to work with Derek several years ago when we built our previous home. Derek was incredibly helpful, patient and answered our questions along the way. They helped with selections, mostly guided me away from my own mistakes but didn’t argue with me about those I was committed to make. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality surpassed my own. I will be hiring them again next summer to overhaul my bathrooms. If you want a good/faith partner in building or remodeling your home, you couldn’t do better. If you are a horrible customer, spare them—I like them too much.

We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found Rogue Builders! We are relatively new to the Tri-Cities and so when we decided to undertake a few notable remodeling projects on our home, we were facing a long process to find an outfit we felt comfortable with and could trust. A colleague recommended Derek & Stacee to us, and all it took was a single meeting to know we had found the right partners for our projects. They truly are a dynamic duo who compliment each other’s skillsets in truly amazing ways.
